Rules & Regulations

REGISTRATION

Prospectus & Registration forms for admission to the school can be obtained from the school office on cash payment of Rs. 500/-. It should be duly filled and submitted, with the required documents and certificates as mentioned in the form, by stipulated date. The registred candidates will be called for an admission test/interview or verification of documents. Registration fee is not refundable and registration is no guarantee for admission. The schedule for admission tests will be displayed on the school notice board. Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit. 5% seats are reserved for talented SC/ST students of the weaker sections of the society. Birth Certificate and the Transfer Certificate obtained from the previous school are essential at the time of admission. Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection, failing which the seat will be alloted to the next wait- listed candidate.

School Uniform for Winter

In winter for class Nursery to Prep V-naked bottle green pullover, bottle green blazer for Class XI & XII children, Navy blue V naked pullover for class I to IV children and for class V-X children navy blue blazer is mandatory. For winter V-naked cardigan for class I to IV girls and navy blue blazer for class V to X girls.

PROGRESS REPORT

Parents will be kept regularly informed of their wards academic progress and participation in co-curricular activities. Three terminal tests are conducted during the academic year besides three exams namely First Terminal, Second Terminal and Third terminal. Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year’s performance.

ATTENDANCE

75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class. No leave is granted except on prior application from parents/guardians for genuine reasons. In case of sickness, a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained leave fo six consecutive days renders the students liable to have his name struck off the rolls.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check the diary for Home Work and the teacher remarks, if any. Sign the test copies/paper as and when sent home. Ensure that your ward has all the text books, items of stationery, craft materials etc. right in the beginning of the session.

Ensure that all the books and note books are covered with brown paper. Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails. Send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application and late comes will not be allowed to sit in the class. The parents must attend the Partent-Teacher Meet. Pay the fees as per schedule without fail. Intimate the school in case of change in address or telephone number.

Fee Rules

Note:-Kindaly bring the fee Card at the time of fee deposit to record the fee payment.

After the 15th of every month late fine of Rs. 50 per month will be charged.
All dues should be cleared before the commencement of each examination or else he/she will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Students appearing for the Borad i,e Class X & XII Should clear their dues Positively by January.
Name of the students who fail to deposit the fee even after two month's will be struck-off from the rolls of the school at the end of the 2nd month.However such students can seek re-admission with fee 2500/-.
In between the session if you are taking transfer certificate then you have to pay full academic fee including all dues till march.

Rules & Regulation

English conversation is compulsory for students in School campus. All students on the school campus are responsible & answerable to the staff and Principal/Vice Principal for their conduct and academic progress on campus.
Students should not bring to the School Bike/Cell phones & other electronic gadgets or toys, magazine, periodicals, pendrives. The same will be confiscated if found.
All students are required to carry in person, the identity card which they are bound to produce on demand by the
1. Watchman at the main gate
2. Librarian at the time of issuing books.
3. Clerk at the time of payments, issuing of forms or any other enquiry regarding identification of the students.
4. Teachers of the school in or outside of the class.
5. All staff teaching and non teaching is authorized to check Id-Card.
Students must not attend classes other than their own without the permission of the teachers concerned to Vice Principal.
Students are required to conform to the grooming standards of the school such as correct uniforms, shoes, hairstyles etc. they are expected to behave with decorum to follow the regulations of the Higher Secondary School and pay due respect to the faculty and other officials.
Loud taking, loitering or congregation in the corridors is a source of distraction and annoyance to others and it is strictly prohibited.
Students should not do anything either inside or outside the premises of the School that will anyway interfere with its orderly administration & discipline.
No students should communicate any information to or write about any matter dealing with the School administration to the press.
All damage to school property by writh or graffiting on school walls, doors, furniture, etc. is strictly prohibited and will be considered as breach of discipline. Any act of such vandalism will be strictly dealt with and the person involved will have pay for the cost of repairs/replacement, as the case by be.
Students should take particular care to be punctual at all teachers absence from lectures must be justified in writing and if prolonged illness is the cause, a medical certificate must be submitted. It means written application is compulsory for students.
Absence from any one lecture will be considered as absence for the full day. Students falling short of 75% attendance, both before & after submitting the application for examination will not be allowed to appear for the final examination conducted by the School or by the board.
Students should be regular for all classes/practical.
No student must remain absent from a term examination. In case of illness medical certificate must be submitted from the 1 st day absence of the students after that school is not responsible.
No students should be in the corridors during class hours.
No students should invite any outsider to attend functions without the pervious permission of the Principal/ Vice Principal/Teachers.
Students will not allowed to meet visitors during class hour otherwise school will take action.
Students are expected to give their updated contact number to the class teacher.
Students applying for certificates, testimonials, etc, and those requiring the Principal’s signature on any kind of document or application should contact the clerk. No documents must be brought directly to the Principal/ Vice Principal for signature without being checked in the office record.
Smoking/consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the school premises.
Students are expected to actively participate in all co-curricular activities, such as seminars, drama, debates, excursions, sports etc. they are also to attend major annual functions.
The school staff room is exclusively meant for the use of the staff where in staff is able to fulfill their duties and obligations without any distractions or obstruction. Students should not unnecessary enter the staff room.
Any rules & regulations, in addition to the above notified separately from time to time by the way of circular and/ or notices will be binding on the students.
Punctuality is a must. Students should reach school 05 (five) minutes prior the assembly bell.
At the first bell, the students should assemble for the assembly in absolute silence.
Changing of class rooms in between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
Running, playing or shouting in the academic block is not allowed.
Home work/class work should be done regularly. In any problem dairy should be maintain.
All conversation between teachers & students and even among students themselves has to be in English except in Hindi/Sanskrit period.
Failure to implement the rule would invite strict penalty.
Parents & students are expected to follow the School diary on a regular basis to keep themselves updated with the school.
Bicycle User: Students studying above VII class are given permission to come to school on bicycle and also senior student are not allowed to use motor cycle or scooty for coming school if any children will be caught then fine of Rs. 100/- charged. School will be not responsible for it.
Visiting Hours

(Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 12:00 Noon to 01:30 pm

Offic 10:00 am onwards.

Teacher KG to Class I at 12:00 noon

Subject Teacher 01:00 pm to 01:30 pm

For other classes the teacher will inform through the dairies. However from 11:10 am to 11:30 am parents meet the teachers if they want.
Payment of fees
The fee for the month of April and May should be deposited before 15 th April every year and the fees for February and March before 5 th February. After 15 th of the date Rs. 50/- (Fifty rupees) will be fined.
NOTE: The fee defaulters will be charged a fine of Rs. 50/- per month (1 st Month Rs.50/-, 2 nd Month Rs.100/-, 3 rd Month Rs. 150/-) after 3 months the name of child will stuck off from register and 1 month tuition fee will be charged as re-admission.
Bus Facility and Bus Fees
The School does not guarantee bus facility and it is not the privilege of any child. It is subject to the availability of the seats. According to the distance, it will be given at the time of registration. The students who once opt for the bus facility will have to pay full year bus fee if they discontinue the bus facility during the session. The fee defaulters will be charged a fine of Rs. 50/- per month (1 st Month Rs.50/-, 2 nd Month Rs.100/-, 3 rd Month Rs. 150/-)
